Provide a variety of services including adult day training, community inclusion, supported employment, supported living, transportation and other specialized services for persons with disabilities living in the Nassau County area.
We also offer full and part-time employment for persons with disabilities in cleaning the buildings and maintaining the grounds at the Visitor's Welcome Center and north/south truck weigh stations located on Interstate 95 just south of the Florida-Georgia border.
People served have an individually tailored program based on their expressed needs and desires. Programs and services are designed to be flexible and are adjusted to meet the ever changing needs of each individual.
The Arc of Nassau County is located in Yulee, Florida just north of the intersection of State Road 200 (A1A) and US 17. This location is in the middle of the county and is about half-way between Fernandina Beach and Jacksonville.
The Arc of Nassau County is a member agency of the United Way of Northeast Florida and is a member of both The Arc of Florida and The Arc of the United States.
The Arc of Nassau County is approved by Florida's Agency for Persons with Disabilities as a certified Medicaid Waiver service provider. The organization is also approved by the State Department of Education, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation as a provider of supported employment and employment services.
